Mindfulness is a meditation practice that improves our physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional health. Mindfulness is a 90-minute class that begins with a weekly topic then a 20-minute meditation, followed by group discussion. All you need is a comfortable chair where you won’t be distracted.

Yoga For Every Body (Zoom)

Yoga for Every Body is a 60 minute yoga class designed to be accessible for most people. The entire class is structured so it can be practiced from a chair, but there are plenty of options for getting onto the floor or standing. This class is intended to improve flexibility and strength while also developing a stronger body-mind connection. It's recommended that you have a chair or yoga mat and a yoga strap (a belt or tie works, too).

Barefoot Cardio is a 45 minute low impact, shoes optional, moderately paced class. The workout consists of feel-good cardio, balance, strength, and stretch, set to energizing music. We will utilize weights and a yoga mat. Check that your workout area is free of hazards and have WATER handy! The instructor is Wendy Weiser
