Join the Plymouth Area Chamber of Commerce for a Spooktacular good time! Trick or treating to 70+ downtown merchants, Halloween games/activities and a virtual costume contest with prize winners! Stop by the Town Hall green for free trick or treat bags. Ages 12 & under. Free parking at St. Peters. Pumpkin Decorating will take place at the Plymouth Center for Active Living from 2 PM - 4PM.
