Join Grace Junek of Be Inspired Fitness & Yoga for The Spirit of Yoga, a three-part spring series at Wildlands Trust. The Spirit of Yoga Series is designed to bring more spiritual awareness, not only to the physical part of yoga, but to your life in general. It is recommended you take all three workshops, however they can be taken individually. Each 75-minute class will be a combination of lecture and yoga, and will be held on April 25, May 30, and June 27, 2019. Bring your yoga mat, comfortable clothes, and a blanket.
In this third and final workshop of spring 2019, we will discuss the essence of creating a scared space, different ways you can bring them into your life, and how to transform your yoga mat into a scared space. Our vinyasa-style yoga flow will combine gratitude and mindfulness in order to create a sacred space. Many of us have lost our ability to create sacred spaces in our lives. Spaces we can go to or access, that are revered and feel blessed. Places where you can connect with your “self”, in order to achieve inner peace and balance. Sacred spaces help us develop a more meaningful existence.
