Join Grace Junek of Be Inspired Fitness & Yoga for The Spirit of Yoga, a three-part spring series at Wildlands Trust. The Spirit of Yoga Series is designed to bring more spiritual awareness, not only to the physical part of yoga, but to your life in general. It is recommended you take all three workshops, however they can be taken individually. Each 75-minute class will be a combination of lecture and yoga, and will be held on April 25, May 30, and June 27, 2019. Bring your yoga mat, comfortable clothes, and a blanket.
Gratitude & Yoga. In this first workshop, we will discuss the importance of gratitude, how to develop a daily gratitude practice, and how to bring gratitude to your yoga practice. Most people underestimate the power of gratitude,which is considered the “mother of all virtues”. Many people have no awareness of it, let alone practice it, except for the polite “thank you”. However, gratitude changes everything. The more gratitude you practice, the more you will have to be grateful for. We conclude the workshop with a vinyasa-style Gratitude Flow.
