It’s Friday night and you’re not into skating at the rink or loitering at the mall, but that doesn’t have to mean you’re stuck at home watching videos of cats on YouTube! You can spend your night stitching up fun baubles, purses, and your own unique clothing designs with other rad teens. Music? Yes. Candy? Absolutely. Sarcasm and venting? Bring it. Students may work on their own projects or purchase the kit for “POTD” (Project of the Day) usually around $5.
**Attendees should have a firm grasp of sewing, requiring very little help on threading the machine and troubleshooting stitch issues and should be able to execute sewing from a pattern. (This would equate to attending our Level I and II courses and practicing for several months by creating projects unassisted.) Technical help, creative brainstorming, and design advice is given expertly and freely.
