Fitness trainer, Bob Donahue inspiress those age 50 and older to step into Spring with simple and fun ways of approaching fitness. Medical and Outreach Librarian, Tom, will demonstrate using MedlinePlus.gov and other sites for senior fitness tips and more. Enjoy a healthy and delicious brunch. Registration required.
