Nourishing Your Health Through Sound: Stress and Anxiety Relief/Online Event/Registration Required

Learn about a variety of sound-based techniques which can help you foster a creative routine for improving your health. Sound has a deep connection to the human mind and in this workshop you’ll learn how we can use the science of sound to improve how we handle stress and anxiety in our lives.

Participants will also have the opportunity to practice using these techniques with a 20 minute sound meditation which will also be available for download.
