Linda Davey from IndieFerm will be showcasing the fermentation art of cheesemaking at an Edible South Shore and South Coast  event held at KAM Appliances in Hanover.  Katie Allen from Plymouth Bay Winery (PBW) will take the freshly made cheese and dress it up with PBW sauces for you to enjoy.
