Yoga for Every Body is a 60 minute yoga class designed to be accessible for most people. The entire class is structured so it can be practiced from a chair, but there are plenty of options for getting onto the floor or standing. This class is intended to improve flexibility and strength while also developing a stronger body-mind connection. It’s recommended that you have a chair or yoga mat and a yoga strap (a belt or tie works, too).
This Zoom event happens weekly on Wednesday.
