Mindfulness is…
A meditation practice that improves our physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional health. Mindfulness is a 90-minute class that begins with a weekly topic then a 20-minute meditation, followed by group discussion. All you need is a comfortable chair where you won’t be distracted.
 No prior experience needed.
You are invited to a Zoom meeting.
