Barefoot Cardio (Shoes Optional) with Wendy Weiser
Barefoot Cardio is a 45 minute low impact, shoes optional, moderately paced class.
The workout consists of feel-good cardio, balance, strength, and stretch, set to energizing music.
We will utilize weights and a yoga mat.
Check that your workout area is free of hazards and
have some water handy.
