The Kids Fitness Camp for Ages 9-12 will work on proper strength, flexibility and muscle balance exercises along with some cardio exercises. We will spend time educating the kids about the anatomy of the body as it relates to muscle groups and fitness. This is a creative small group fitness camp that your child will really benefit from!
April 16th-18th
Session I: 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Session II: 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
