This workshop is designed for those of you who have always wanted to try yoga, but, aren’t ready to jump into a class yet.
In these four weeks, we learn the basics of each pose from the ground up, beginners breath work and some introduction into a meditation practice.
This workshop is kept small, limited to 8 people, making it possible to address individual needs and provide a tailored yoga practice with modifications as needed.
The hardest part is walking through the door the first time!
We meet every Thursday 7:15-8:30 for the month of January. This is a four week session.
Investment: $45, payable first class.
You will need a mat, comfy clothes, a water and bare feet!
